The Turkish Association of Fastener Industrialists and Businesspeople (Bağlantı Elemanları Sanayici ve İş İnsanları Derneği – BESIAD) is an industry-specific association that was founded in 2000 when 10 of our counterparts decided to bring together Turkey’s key and sub-industrial fastener companies in order to give a stronger voice to a shared rhetoric and kick-start solution-oriented projects for the industry.

We produce sensible solutions to the common problems faced by all stakeholders who serve the fastener industry either directly or indirectly.
Professional Events
We bring all of the industry’s Turkish and international stakeholders together in one place, holding conferences, panels and training sessions, and organizing fairs where they can meet.
Collaborations
We collaborate with Turkish and international organizations and associations who work in line with our Association’s activities. We also become members of these top organizations and engage in mutual activities on a project basis.
Vision Sharing
We carry out activities to improve the fastener industry and its related sub-industries, promoting them the best way possible both in Turkey and abroad. We are also supporters of Turkey’s 2023 vision.
Our integrated support mechanism provides project-based assistance with needs analysis, training, consultancy, promotion, recruitment, overseas marketing, and procurement, and individual consultancy programs within the scope of Turkey’s Communiqué on Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness No. 2010/8 and in line with a collaborative approach.
